8:00 pm Teacher Orientation and rehearsal for faculty concert

8:00-11:00 am Student Classes at Inn on the Park (classes are 50 min. long)
11:00 - Noon Parent Lecture - Hall of Wisconsin (supervised videos for children in Doty B)
11:00 - Noon Teacher Lecture by Ann and Linc Smelser- Capitol East
(supervised videos will be available for children in Doty B)
Noon - 1:00 pm Lunch at area restaurants
1:00 - 3:00 pm Student Classes at Inn on the Park (classes are 50 min. long)
3:00 - 3:50 pm Parent Lecture by Ann and Linc Smelser - Capitol East (supervised videos will be available for children in Doty B)
4:15-5:15 pm Concert in Vilas A & B-- Faculty/Orchestras/Piano Solos/Fiddle Classes/Improv. Class (NOTE: ALL PIANO STUDENTS WILL PERFORM SOLOS. They will perform here rather than at the Capitol tomorrow.)
5:30 pm Pizza Pool Party

9:30-10:30 am Student Classes at Inn on the Park
10:30-11:20 am Parent Panel in Capitol East and West
10:30-11:20 Rehearsals for String Concert (Note: parents please attend panel, your children will be well supervised at these rehearsals and will be ushered to Fairchild A for a movie after they play all the pieces they know) •
Cellists and violists in Doty A & B • Violinists in Vilas A & B
11:45 am Tuning for Final String Concert at the Capitol Building
Noon-1:00 pm Concert at the Capitol (concert dress code: black on bottom, white on top)
Schedule Note: Parents if you are planning on eating breakfast in the hotel restaurant please allow plenty of extra time to arrive at your classes on time. Other great options are to eat breakfast at a restaurant outside of the hotel or to bring your own breakfast to avoid the breakfast rush.
